The Office Depot Adopt A Small Business Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are over the age of majority in their state of residence. The Small Business featured in the video must be registered and operating lawfully within the United States at time of entry. A Small Business is defined for the purpose of this Contest as one that is independently owned and operated and has no more than 99 full- and part-time employees.

Ba Ba Boomers…..Eligibility : Entries in the HP OfficeJet Pro Challenge (”Promotion”) may be submitted by persons (”Submitter”) who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, who own a small business. The small business must employ between 1-19 individuals; must be located within one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; must have owned and used an ink or laser printer that is not an HP product prior to Entry Period; must print a minimum of ten (10) pages, that uses color ink/toner, per week; and must have been in business for a minimum of one (1) year from start of Entry Period. Entry shall be made on behalf of the small business and not the individual Submitter.

Limit one (1) entry per qualifying small business.

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winning business will receive a Logoworks by HP package and a one-year supply of printer ink and paper.
