ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to anywhere in the continental United States of America. The Trip Package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation on a major commercial air carrier for two (2) adults age 18 and over from a major airport near winner’s home (air carrier and airport to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to closest major airport near the winner’s selected destination; three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, adult double occupancy, room and tax only); and a five-hundred dollar ($500.00US) travel expense stipend to be used at discretion of winner for items such as but not limited to, food & beverage, ground transportation, entertainment and any other expenses incurred by the winner while traveling. Should the winner reside within 300 miles of selected destination, the roundtrip, coachclass airline transportation and five-hundred dollar ($500.00US) travel expense stipend will be void. Sponsor shall instead provide winner a $1,000 travel stipend, and one (1) parking pass valid for three (3) days of parking in the garage at hotel.
Prize: TEN (10) 1st PRIZES will be awarded. Each 1st Prize Winner will receive one (1) Schwinn bicycle with an approximate Retail Value of $449.99 (US). The “Real Food, Real Life Makeover” includes: Trip to L.A. for one including round-trip coach air fare on a flight departing from a major domestic airport, landing at LAX on a date determined by Sweepstakes sponsor, and returning to destination of origin, two nights hotel stay, three day economy car rental, $100 dining stipend, $200 gift certificate for a salon determined by Sponsor, 1-hour in-person consultation with Ashley Koff, R.D., 2-hour visit to L.A. grocery store and/or restaurant with Ashley Koff, two follow-up phone calls from Ashley Koff, weekly review of food journals for a period of three months via e-mail or other online platform and a 1-year supply of chips defined as one case every three months for twelve months (4 total cases). Each case includes fifteen bags of chips containing the flavor of the winner’s choice (limited to commercially available flavors).
The total ARV of all potential prize to be awarded is $3,500.00. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein.
