Prize: (1 winner) Trip to Las Vegas, consisting of the following: round-trip coach airfare for 2 (the winner and travel companion) between the major airport nearest to the winner’s residence and Las Vegas, Nevada; 4-days/3-nights hotel stay in a deluxe room (double occupancy) at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino (1 room), $200 gift certificate for one of hotel’s fine dining restaurants, Strip House or Koi, 2 tickets to attend a live theatrical performance in the CHI Showroom at hotel; and VIP access for 2 to Privé nightclub while in Las Vegas. The total ARV of the prize is $2,900.00. All travel and hotel accommodations must be booked 30 days prior to travel and winner must complete travel and hotel accommodations on or before August 31, 2010, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
