Austin and David Henrie, a Panasonic Viera 46″ Plasma HDTV and Home Theater System, a Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie DVD, and an opportunity to accompany Jake T. Austin and David Henrie to a food bank to deliver bread donation. (ARV: $12,000)

You can enter once per day per sweepstakes code. Minors must have their parents’ permission to enter.
If the winner of the Grand Prize is aged 18 or above, he or she must designate a child between the ages of 5 and 18 to host the Viewing party.
Sara Lee will also donate 25,000 loaves of bread to a local food bank in the grand-prize winner’s home town.
